Infrastructure and Home Construction for Two Optima Communities Underway

All major roadwork for Optima’s Coves at Smith Mountain Lake is complete! It is interesting to observe how the paved roads roll with the natural contours of the land. The street scape has a very Blue Ridge Parkway like feel to it. This is a tribute to the design of the community and the construction of the road system. Part of the vision behind The Coves is to work with the land as you are designing and building. We think our new road system has achieved that goal.

Home construction is underway at Wild Rock West Virginia. The first home at Wild Rock is scheduled to be complete later this year. The Architectural Review Board has approved two additional home plans with schedules for work to begin early this spring.
